1. Who we are

Cme Capital Exchange ("Cme Capital", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through our websites, trading platforms and mobile applications. Depending on your country of residence, your contract is with Cme Capital Exchange (UK) Ltd, Cme Capital Exchange Europe Ltd or Cme Capital Exchange Global Ltd; the controller in each case is the entity you contract with.

2. Information we collect

• Identity data — name, date of birth, nationality, ID documents and verification results.
• Contact data — email, phone number and residential address.
• Financial data — bank and card details, source-of-funds information and transaction history.
• Trading data — positions, orders, copy trading allocations, profit/loss and platform settings.
• Technical data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log data and cookies.
• Profile data — marketing preferences, survey responses and support communications.

3. How we use your information

• To open and operate your trading account and execute your instructions.
• To verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing obligations.
• To process deposits, withdrawals and copy trading profit-share distributions.
• To provide customer support and communicate important service updates.
• To improve our platforms, prevent fraud and maintain security.
• To send marketing communications where you have consented (you may opt out at any time).

4. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services (balanced against your rights); and your consent, where required, for marketing and certain cookies.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: payment and banking partners for transaction processing; identity-verification and screening providers; regulators, tax authorities and law enforcement where required by law; IT, hosting and analytics providers under strict data-processing agreements; and other members of the Cme Capital group for operational purposes.

6. International transfers

As a global business we may transfer data outside your country. Where we do, we rely on adequacy decisions or approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as you hold an account with us and, after closure, for the period required by financial-services and AML regulation — typically five to seven years — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We protect personal data with 256-bit TLS encryption, hardware security modules, strict access controls, mandatory staff training and continuous security monitoring. See our Security of Funds page for details of how client money is separately protected.

9. Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure, restriction or portability where the law allows.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.

• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
